| Description |
|
The LDAP connection pool operates in a multithreaded environment that can scale rapidly when the server has to authenticate many connections at once. Some of the external_auth tests already test the connection pool, but none of them currently run on the TSAN builders. Porting at least some of the LDAP tests to run on a TSAN variant will catch any outstanding race conditions in our connection pooling logic and increase our confidence around the thread-safety of our implementation. |
