| Description |
|
PathArr simplification in Bonsai checks for opportunities to utilize multikey-ness metadata to simplify path requirements. This process requires correct initialization of a pathToInterval function. The default initialization value for this function is an empty function. When the function is not explicitly initialized, which when checking for partial index accesses, the optimizer will forego PathArr simplification. This ticket should study the importance of this optimization in corner cases and address accordingly. |
