 Description

During startup the Windows 2008 R2 build should check if the following Windows hotfix has been installed http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2731284. If the hotfix is not installed the server should warn.

MongoDB already checks for the presence of this hotfix and avoids zeroing-out the data files. This bug is to just report to the log that the hotfix is not present (as a warning).
