Temporarily disable query stats collection for queries over views; since we're disabling for performance sake, make sure we're avoiding computations (extra parsing or serialization) that would only be necessary if we're collecting query stats. Check with Charlie on if we should disable timeseries as well. |

After discussion, we decided that we'll be moving forward with a rate limit in place for a while longer. With a rate limit in place, the views and time-series regressions are not particularly bad, so there's no reason to turn them off. Closing this ticket. |
