SERVER-83338 updated several cursor tests but there are still a few more to go that were left behind.

With the current code changes, this patch build shows that jstests/fcbis/fcbis_fails_if_backup_cursor_is_already_open_on_sync_source.js is timing out, see diff here. The test header says:

/**
 * Tests that file copy based initial sync will fail if backup cursor is already open on the chosen
 * sync source.

Which implies we should be able to open a backup cursor, therefore I am not sure why the test times out with the new helper function that ensures the backup cursor is opened correctly.
