Right now, benchrun does not use the options that are passed to the shell when testing, it simply drops them. In order to performance test gRPC, we need benchrun to receive the gRPC shell flag if it is specified so that the shell knows to connect over gRPC. Furthermore, I think this would be a useful fix for the completeness of benchrun in general. |
