| Description |

In replication arch guide, the Replication Timestamp Glossary section describes initialDataTimestamp as "A timestamp used to indicate the timestamp at which history "begins"". And the oldestTimestamp is describe as "The earliest timestamp that the storage engine is guaranteed to have history for". From this description it isn't clear what the differences are, we should document them with more clarity. |
