As of CLOUDP-140142 cloud-dev azure instances are not Amazon Linux 2 rather than centos based. This has broken all the Atlas azure tests and DSI / sys-perf will need to be updated to support the new configuration. |

Note: this will also require a SERVER ticket to update system_perf.yml (plus many backports). But I have a horrible suspicion that the current DSI custom build code may also need to be updated. |
