OperationTimeTrackerHolder is a decoration on OperationContext which contains a single shared_ptr to an opTime. We should investigate whether this shared_ptr is necessary and remove it if not, since the atomic increment/decrement and alloc/dealloc have a non-zero performance cost. See |
