This will provide our aggregation pipeline the same kind of functionality as a unix tee command, where the partial results could be redirected to a separate collection or file
While aggregating if we could have the capacity to access partial results and then further continue the aggregation pipeline this can be beneficial for several analytics calculations and post aggregation analysis.

@Eliot, I think you can only add $out at the very end, otherwise you are right, that would do the trick

if you put an $out in the middle of a pipeline it will do this
