Statically link OpenSSL on each platform; such OpenSSLs are already FIPS-capable and thus should work out of the box with the FIPS switch. |

Unit test is now active and working on all supported platforms. Note that Ubuntu is not a supported platform but the unit test still passes because it checks for this condition. |
