Add namedQuery (and related) callbacks to prevent calls to the namedGet interceptors. This should mitigate the cost of converting objects when simply checking if an element exists.

V8 support has been removed in SERVER-19378

mira.carey@mongodb.com I think this can be summarily closed as WONTFIX once we commit to switching to spidermonkey.

This issue will be solved with a more efficient move from interceptors to accessors.
