Are you looking for a fix for a specific bug? if that's the case, then you should add yourself as a Watcher on the relevant SERVER ticket in JIRA and you'll receive an email every time a comment or change is made, including code changes.

If you just want to know about all of the changes being made to the server in general, you can follow the the github repo at https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/commits/master.

I have a task to write a report quarterly.Parts of the report is about checking whether there is any patch avaiable to fix the bug for the core server. But I have no idea how to gather this information.

paul.he your question is a bit unclear - could you be more specific about what information you're looking for?
