 Description

Currently the numberToSkip and numberToReturn fields for OP_QUERY are signed int32 in the wire protocol.
This prevents us from being able to skip/seek above ~2.3 billion documents.

OP_REPLY and OP_GET_MORE have similar problems.

Instead, follow SERVER-18936, which is to allow the new find and getmore commands to handle 64-bit signed integer values for skips, limits, etc.
