 Description

Maybe there is already a way to do this, I don't know, but I am currently frustrated as I try to reconcile Mongo mongod logs into a timeline that is mostly ISO-8601 format. Everything else in Mongo expresses time in ISO-8601 format, why not the core logs?

Hi Bob,

Thanks for your feature request. There is already a similar issue concerning the date format in logfiles, SERVER-7965. In order to minimize duplication, could you please add your suggestion in a comment to the existing ticket, and upvote it if you like?

I'll go ahead and link this ticket to the existing one and mark it as "duplicate".

Best Regards,
Thomas
