I guess there are different ways of doing this but the problem to be solved is. Suppose it takes me 40 hours to copy files from a secondary to a new target node - then I need to bring up mongod on that target node. What do I do if it's a weekend. Or I'm busy with other stuff? I miss the oplog window and have to start again is what. Total pain. Please fix |

This isn't really a serve feature we'll ever add. |
