                    <description>&lt;p&gt;Consider the use case where I want to add some elements to a bson_t then append the entire contents of another bson_t at the top level. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Currently this is only possible via a copy but is common enough where bson_append_iter() or something like it should be available for this purpose.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
