Thank you for your query. Our C Driver project is here to assist you with issues around the MongoDB C Driver. Your recent question <del>CDRIVER-733</del> was really a support request for our database product, which is available to our Commercial support customers.

If this is something that you are interested in I'd be happy to put you in touch with a MongoDB sales representative to discuss our subscription options:

Production support, or

MongoDB Enterprise Advanced (includes product support)

Either of these options would provide you with a guaranteed level of support response from MongoDB engineers, and a commitment to work through all support issues you have from beginning to end so that you are successful with MongoDB.

Alternatively, our community forum mongodb-user Google Group is the best place to ask your query. The MongoDB support team tries to help out in that forum, and in addition other community members might be able to help you.

Please let me know if you would like me to put you in touch with a MongoDB sales representative to discuss our subscription offerings.

Kindest regards,
Eoin
</comment>
