[CXX-2209] list::builder::array move construction and assignment segfaults on Windows

                <project id="11980" key="CXX">C++ Driver</project>

The list builder's array segfaults during move assignment and construction unit tests but only for VS 2015 as seen in this patch.

The issue doesn't appear in VS 2017 or any other arch. It also isn't an issue with the document builder even though both move assignments/constructors are left as default, which calls the move constructor of their one member variable, the core builder. Here's the last patch showing the issue (patch)
