                    <description>&lt;p&gt;Bulk operations are generally performed over loop executions where one most often than not needs to keep track of the amount of operations added to the bulk builder. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It would be nice to have a counter that would tell us how many instructions have already been added to the bulk write command. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Doing this on the bulk builder will also facilitate other complex work flows that might occur in add/remove of instructions to the bulk op. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
