                    <description>&lt;p&gt;I am using Mongo as a system for locking resources.  Multiple nodes will try to create a lock in Mongo but the second node does not fail as expected.&lt;br/&gt;
We use WriteConcern: SAFE.  Is there some other WriteConcern we should use? &lt;/p&gt;</description>
