[JAVA-3012] There's no builder for $cond

                <project id="10006" key="JAVA">Java Driver</project>

When using builders for the aggregation framework, I couldn't find one for the `$cond` operator. This forced me to rewrite my whole aggregation query using `Document` since I couldn't mix the two.

If this builder exists, then I couldn't find it in the documentation.

The issue for that is <del>JAVA-1949</del> (please vote for it!).

But you shouldn't have to re-write the whole pipeline using Document. Can you elaborate with some sample code?
</comment>
