[KAFKA-39] Support using MongoDB as the State Store for Kafka

                <project id="16285" key="KAFKA">Kafka Connector</project>

Stateful operations require a store for such state. Kafka offers a state store api to allow using any backing storage engine.

To decrease operational load across storage engines it would be a benefit to run mongodb as the state store for kafka.

If there is more interest we can look at a completely different solution that does implement a state store.
</comment>
