                    <description>&lt;p&gt;Evergreen patch builds can be initiated directly from the GitHub web interface for pull requests in the C driver.  Pull requests in the libmongocrypt GitHub project seem to lack this.  It would be nice to have that capability for libmongocrypt PRs.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
