Investigate changes in SERVER-74887: Log operations which fail validation while still returning error to the client

      Added new validationAction "errorAndLog" that both adds a message to mongod log file and returns an error to the user.

      Description of Linked Ticket

      Currently, operations which fail document validation when the validator is configured with validationAction "error" only return an error to client. This ticket tracks the request to log these operations as well in order to easily track them.
