Context: We should also auto-close the JIRA tickets once the issues are closed.

Q: Hey, since I'm too lazy to check, we seem to be opening Jira tickets when a GH issue is created, but do we also sync the close states for those - e.# if I close a github issue/jira ticket, would that get reflected into the other system?
