Get rid of long oplog pulls in the log

      At commit 98b52c0994b90e707ec7612a850b1fe69320ec0f, log threshold changed from 3000ms to 4300ms so that these messages wouldn't be logged. The oplog pulls now take over 5000ms, so they are being logged again.
