SERVER-60150 introduced a Shared Library Enterprise RHEL 8.0 (Backport Feature Flags) build variant. The feature flags which are additionally enabled on it are also enabled by default in FCV 5.0. This means the "Backport Feature Flags" build variant is running the same configuration as the other build variants. If there are no additional features being backported to MongoDB 5.0 then we can remove the Shared Library Enterprise RHEL 8.0 (Backport Feature Flags) build variant.
