Rename lock_state.h/.cpp to locker_impl.h/.cpp to better match the class name

      For legacy reasons the LockerImpl class remained in a file called lock_state.h/.cpp. It causes confusion every time one needs to search it since it doesn't match with the class name.

      This ticket is to rename the files to better match their respective classes.
