Split up null_query_semantics.js so it can run faster

      This test takes between 4 seconds and just under 5 minutes to execute. The time limit is 5 minutes, so I am proposing to have the test cases in this file split into a separate file so we maintain the same coverage but finish each file more quickly to stay under the time limit and promote parallelizability.
