      move_primary_with_writes.js is allowing several DDL commands to fail with LockBusy and MovePrimaryInProgress errors.

      While this is correct in v8.0 because the same DDL operation may throw one error or the other depending on the FCV, after v8.0 branches out it should probably not be possible anymore to hit MovePrimaryInProgress.
