Publish Package Checksums for Customers to Verify Downloads

      We document this (https://www.mongodb.com/docs/manual/tutorial/verify-mongodb-packages/) for the Server, and have TOOLS-3070 in the backlog for the database tools, but not for Compass or Mongosh.

      It would help to have checksums consistently available for all packages published to the website that customers have access to to ensure they can verify their downloads.
