Production collection data got deleted and no logs found

      Recently data from one of the production collection got deleted, when we tried to search for logs we are not able to trace any deletion logs.
      also we ran few import commands unfortunately we are not able track import logs as well.
      We need expert assistance on critical priority for finding root cause.
