Missing line in C# Driver LINQ tutorial documentation

      On the LINQ Tutorial page (http://mongodb.github.io/mongo-csharp-driver/1.11/linq/) the example for the lambda version of the Max query operator seems to be missing a line. See attached file.

      This is the first time I have tried to report anything in your JIRA environment. Please forgive me if it is improperly done.
