Under certain conditions, an automated restore fails because ... the destination database uses settings that are different from the settings of the backup itself

What are the "settings" being referred to here?

I believe the settings referred to are the general MongoDB configuration options like:

storage engine type (MMAPv1 or WiredTiger)
encryption at rest parameters
directoryPerDB

Can we clarify this on the page?
