EOL BI Connector Version 1: Document Migration from v1 to v2

      We are EOL'ing the version 1 of the BIC in the same cycle as MongoDB v3.0, February 2018.
      We should prepare a brief page in our docs detailing the changes between v1 and 2 and steps required to migrate. Migration should be trivial, all this page would really need to include is the announcement of the EOL, a link to the downloads page and assurance that the DRDL generated by version 1 will work in version 1. morgan.yahney is managing the announcement of the EOL. So, may we coordinate with her to have publish the doc on her timeline please?
