On https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/tutorial/deploy-sharded-cluster-hashed-sharding/
the page doesn't specify the port when starting config servers. So, the default port should be 27019. Throughout the page, we reference config server port of 27017. Should update throughout.

Also, shardsvr should have default port of 27018.

If you do a search for cfg1.example.net:27017 there are quite a few places. But you'll have to check that the pages that include the steps don't actually specify the 27017 port when starting config servers.
