Atlas API root resource is incorrect

      Hi,

      This page: https://docs.atlas.mongodb.com/reference/api/root/ mentions that the root resource is at GET /api/public/v1.0/. However that is the Cloud Manager public API; the Atlas API seems rather to be at GET /api/atlas/v1.0/.

      The examples further down the page are correct and use the .../atlas/v1.0 endpoint.
