Update R drivers

    Description

      The rmongodb driver is no longer actively maintained and has been removed from CRAN.

      The remaining drivers (mongolite and RMongo) should be linked to the published versions on CRAN rather than directly to GitHub. The CRAN pages include links to published packages, documentation, and GitHub repo.
