      Documentation Request Summary:

      Documenting the new dbCheck database command. The scope doc (see WRITING-2030) specifies most of the syntax; unfortunately the design (see WRITING-2031) made some modifications, not all of which are yet implemented. Documentation should therefore probably wait until the epic is completed.

      Add a working dbCheck command with coarse synchronization.
