Explain how to keep autosplit disabled during the upgrade from 3.2 to 3.4

      In our upgrade procedure from 3.2 to 3.4 we do not specify how to keep the autosplit off.
      Once the upgrade from 3.2 to 3.4 is done the autosplit has to be disabled via mongo shell helper sh.disableAutoSplit() and during this time window, the autosplit will be activated.
