In our documentation we state:
"The Automation Agent will sequentially take each individual node in a replica set or cluster offline to build the indexes."

Looking into the code I can see there are few conditions where the indexes are still built in background.
We should clarify the different condition in the doc, and explicitly say when the indexes are built in foreground.
