Remove Stop Metadata Changes during the 3.4 Upgrade

      In the 3.4 sharded cluster upgrade prerequisites we state that metadata should not change during the upgrade.
      This should be an old prerequisite not strictly needed for the 3.4 upgrade.

      Could you please double check and update the documentation.
