Add note that auditing and logging share the same syslogFacility

      The auditlog options documentations does not explain the effect of syslogFacility.

      As explained in SERVER-18404 , it is not possible at the moment to set a different facility for the audit log, this means that both logging and auditing will share the same syslog facility specified by systemLog.syslogFacility.
