Specification of what counts towards an index is wrong

      This web page (http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/core/indexes/#index-behaviors-and-limitations) says "Index keys can be no larger than 1024 bytes. This includes the field value or values, the field name or names, and the namespace."

      But in fact it does NOT include field name(s) or namespace. Just the field values, according to Scott Hernandez.
