      Description

      This change only limits the ability of mongod/mongos nodes from authenticating to each other via MONGODB-CR. The only scenario in which this makes a difference is when a MongoDB >= 3.8 node is trying to speak to a MongoDB <= 2.6 node using local shared secret credentials.
