The exit codes documentation (https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/reference/exit-codes/) does not contain information about the mongo 62 exit code. This exit code arises when a later version is launched than the version of the data (for example, mongod 3.6 on the version 3.2 data).
It is not clear, this exit code is arised only in this situation or in any other situations, too.
