Clarify Atlas privileges required for mongomirror

      mongomirror documentation implies that a user with readWriteAnyDatabase and
      dbAdminAnyDatabase privileges should be sufficient in order to migrate data into Atlas. It should be plainly stated that user for a mongomirror migration should have Atlas Admin role as only this role in Atlas allows to run applyOps command required by mongomirror.
