Update docs with procedures requiring to restart repl set nodes as stand alone

      Note: these only affects shard replica sets.

      For v3.2 nodes, "--setParameter=recoverShardingState=false" should be passed as part of the parameter when starting up as stand alone.

      For v3.4 and newer, "--shardsvr" should be removed temporarily while running as stand alone.
