Note which Server Platforms are deprecated in MongoDB 4.0

      We're deprecating support for the following platforms in version 4.0:

      • Windows 7
      • Windows 2008R2
      • Windows 8
      • Windows 8.1
      • Ubuntu 14.04

      This needs to be documented.

      Scope of changes:

      • 4.0.txt
      • prod support
        *

      Post GA: should create the consolidated page (or include) + should in each install pages, link to the supported platforms section.
